Using bioenergetic testing and bloodwork validation, I identified the most common health issues and nutritional deficiencies showing up across hundreds of in-person clients. This is the guide I built around those findings.

The Most Common Health Issues
These six issues showed up in the vast majority of clients I tested. Each one links to the step below.
Sleep & Recovery
Most clients were going to bed too late and exposing themselves to blue light right up until bedtime. The brain needs darkness to signal the shift to rest — and it needs time for neurotransmitter turnover and hormone creation overnight.
Wind down by 9-10pm
Your body's repair cycle runs overnight and needs dedicated downtime to do it properly
Blue-light blocking glasses
Start wearing them 1-2 hours before bed. Blue light suppresses melatonin and tells your brain it's daytime.
Build a real wind-down
Breathwork, essential oils, gentle massage, a sound machine — signal to your nervous system that the day is over

Lymphatic Congestion
The lymphatic system doesn't have a pump — it relies entirely on movement to circulate. Most of my clients were far more sedentary than they thought, which meant their lymphatic system was stagnant and unable to clear waste efficiently.
Movement is non-negotiable
Rebounding, walking, stretching — anything that gets your body moving helps push lymph through the system
Dry brushing + drainage massage
Pair dry brushing with the "big six" lymphatic drainage massage points to actually clear congestion
Sweat 3-4x per week
Hot bath, sauna, or workout. Keep skin hydrated with oil washing to make sweating easier.
Poor Circulation
This one surprised a lot of clients — many were unknowingly clenching their pelvic floor and gluteal muscles throughout the day, which traps toxins in the colon and restricts blood flow. Deep breathing and conscious relaxation of that area makes a real difference.

Consciously relax your pelvic floor and glutes throughout the day — this releases trapped toxins and restores blood flow
Deep breathing
Slow, deep breaths throughout the day. Shallow breathing keeps the body in a low-grade stress response.
Nervous System & Fight-or-Flight
A dysregulated nervous system is one of the most common things I see — especially in clients dealing with mold illness, chronic stress, or a history of trauma. When the body is locked in fight-or-flight, it cannot heal, digest, detox, or sleep effectively.

Works like "liquid Xanax" for the nervous system — calms the stress response without sedation, supporting your body's own regulation
Breathwork and grounding
Bare feet on earth, time outside, slow intentional breathing — reinforce the shift out of fight-or-flight
Curate your inputs
Avoid content that triggers fear cycles. What you consume mentally shows up physiologically on bioenergetic testing.
Hydration & Electrolyte Balance
Clients consistently lie to themselves about how much water they drink. Hydration isn't about drinking a lot some days — it's about drinking consistently every day. And water alone isn't enough; the body needs electrolytes to actually absorb and use that water at a cellular level.
Drink consistently
Not just on days you remember — thirst is already a sign of mild dehydration

Emotional Stress
This is the one most people overlook — but emotional stress shows up as a real physiological load on bioenergetic testing. Unforgiveness, fear, and ruminating on negative thoughts are not just mental experiences. They trigger a stress response that affects your biology the same way pathogens do.
Unfollow fear
Avoid content that triggers fear cycles — fear is a physiological stressor, treat it that way
Breathwork daily
Even 5 minutes of slow, intentional breathing shifts the nervous system out of stress response
Ground yourself
Bare feet on earth, fresh air, sunlight — these are not luxuries, they are inputs your body needs
