Lymphatic Congestion

Emotional Stress

This is the one most people overlook — but emotional stress shows up as a real physiological load on bioenergetic testing. Unforgiveness, fear, and ruminating on negative thoughts are not just mental experiences. They trigger a stress response that affects your biology the same way pathogens do.

The Root Cause

The Most Common Deficiencies

The health issues above are often symptoms of something deeper. After testing hundreds of clients, the same deficiencies kept appearing underneath nearly every one of them — address these, and many symptoms begin to resolve on their own.

Magnesium
The most common deficiency I see. Use a multi-form product: glycinate + threonate + citrate gives you the best absorption and covers the most use cases. Adults and kids both need it.

Digestive Enzymes
Life-changing for my son on the spectrum — and for anyone with SIBO, bloating, or inflammation. Look for protease and lipase. Chew your food slowly to a mush so your tongue can signal which enzymes to release.

Beneficial Bacteria
About 70% of adults I tested were deficient. Nearly every child was deficient. A quality probiotic is foundational for immune function, digestion, and mental health — the gut-brain axis is real.
B-Complex
