I wrote this journal during one of the hardest seasons of my life — crippling indecision, panic attacks, and a body that wouldn't heal. God's Word began to redirect my path, washing away my fears, pain, and uncertainty. This journal is the daily practice that changed everything for me, and I want it to do the same for you.
How I Use It
A daily practice for
healing from the inside out
This journal is designed for about 16 weeks of daily use — roughly one quarter of the year. Each week builds on the last, with fresh prayers, new scripture, and space to track how God is moving in your life.

Each day begins with three simple prompts: what am I thankful for, who is God putting on my heart to pray for, and a weekly scripture to memorize. It takes 10-15 minutes and completely sets the tone for my day. Before I had this practice, I would wake up in fight-or-flight. Now I wake up in gratitude.
Enter with Thanksgiving
List what you are grateful for and what is worthy of praise. This is your entry point into His presence.
Intercession
Who or what is God putting on your heart today? How can you be the hands and feet or pray for someone?
Weekly Scripture
Memorize one scripture per week. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word.
Weekly prayers that cover everything
Each week has a unique themed prayer — health, relationships, family, finances, travel, home, emotional healing. There are 23 weeks of prayers that cover every area of your life. Plus a sermon reflection page where you record what spoke to you and the scripture that resonated. This is how you build faith — Romans 10:17 says faith comes by hearing the Word.

Listen to at least one sermon per week. Record the title, what spoke to you, and the scripture that hit home.

Stop. Pray. Wait. — the 3 confirmations rule
This is the framework that ended my crippling indecision. Write down every idea, opportunity, or decision you are praying over. Then wait for three confirmations from God before acting. It sounds simple, but it completely transformed how I make decisions. No more panic, no more second-guessing — just clarity.
Write It Down
List every idea, decision, or opportunity you want to bring before God. Get it out of your head and onto paper.
Pray Over It Regularly
Come back to your list. Pray over each item consistently — not once, not desperately, but with steady faith.
Wait for 3 Confirmations
After three confirmations, you know it is God's will. This removes the anxiety of decision-making entirely.
